World Standards Day Message 2017

It’s the time of year when we celebrate World Standards Day by highlighting the benefits and principles of standards and the many achievements and progress of today’s world
through the use of standards.

This year, World Standards Day focuses on how standards contribute to making cities smarter. In determining how standards contribute to making cities smarter let’s first define what we think a smart city is. (Excerpt)
